Notes on the official list
- Washington has no US Senate or governor race on the November 3, 2026 ballot; the certification lists only the ten US House races among the offices we track, and none is a special election.
- The certification prints each candidate's stated party preference (for example "Prefers Democratic Party"); under Washington's top-two system this is the candidate's own stated preference, not a party nomination. The list does not mark incumbents.
- The certification is a scanned document with no text layer; we transcribed the congressional entries from the page images and checked each name against the scan.
