Notes on the official list

  • The Secretary of State's Candidate Inquiry lists these candidates for the November 3, 2026 election but does not say the list is certified or final, and the Secretary of State's precinct sample ballots say they are not official ballots, so certified is false. The two sources list the same candidates in every race.
  • The precinct sample ballots put a comma before name suffixes ("Troy A. Carter, Sr.", "Stewart Cathey, Jr.", "Larry Davis, III"); names here follow the Candidate Inquiry, which has no comma.
