The 30-second pitch

SuperCitizen is a personal AI civic coach. It teaches U.S. civics from primary sources, helps users steel-man their opponents, trains them to communicate persuasively, and lets them allocate donations across cross-spectrum recipients with full transparency. Open-source, self-hostable, source-grounded, architecturally neutral.

Demos (coming for launch)

  • Coach demo (3 min) — streaming Socratic dialogue on a contested issue
  • Self-host demo (2 min) — docker compose up -d to a working install
  • MCP-in-Claude-Desktop demo (2 min) — tutoring without leaving the IDE
  • Steel-man demo (3 min) — moving a learner from a held belief to a defended position
  • The Mint demo (3 min) — allocating $100 across cross-spectrum recipients

Talking-points

  • Architectural neutrality. Two clauses are non-removable from any soul that loads. The system prompt is unit-tested for them. Builds fail when neutrality regresses.
  • Source-grounded by build rule. Lessons without a sources: frontmatter fail validation. The Coach is instructed to cite only loaded sources.
  • Anonymous-first. Every learning flow works without an account. Account adds sync, not access. No SSN, IDs, or financial account numbers are ever collected.
  • Open ecosystem.Third-party content feeds are ed25519-signed, sha-pinned, and trust-tiered. The platform doesn't gatekeep what gets published.
