§3Notes on the research
What the research couldn’t find or confirm, in its own plain words. Nothing is left out silently.
- The Lieutenant Governor's amended certification states that no statewide ballot propositions (citizen initiatives or referendums) qualified for the November 3, 2026 ballot, so only the two legislative constitutional amendments are listed.
- The certification is a scanned document; we read it from its text-recognition layer, which has small character errors, and checked the measure names and ballot titles against the Voter Information Pamphlet.
