Ballot measures · November 3, 2026
Pennsylvania
No statewide measures are on Pennsylvania's November 3, 2026 ballot, according to the official sources we read.1,
Research draft. We gathered this from official sources on October 27, 2026: election offices, state laws and court records, each linked to its source. Separate reviewers checked a random sample of 48 facts from the ballot-measure research against the cited sources and found no errors. The rest hasn't been reviewed fact by fact yet, so check the linked source before relying on anything here.
§1Where this list comes from
That there are none rests on these official sources. Researched October 27, 2026.
- Official General Election Ballot, November 3, 2026, Kutztown Boro 21Berks County Board of Elections
- General and Special Election Official Mail-In Ballot, Philadelphia County, November 3, 20262Philadelphia County Board of Elections (City Commissioners)
- 2026 General Election Sample Ballots (Official General Election Ballot 2026), November 3, 20263County of Lebanon, Pennsylvania
None of them calls the list certified or final, so we don’t either.
§2Notes on the research
What the research couldn’t find or confirm, in its own plain words. Nothing is left out silently.
- We did not find a Department of State page listing statewide ballot questions for November 3, 2026, by following links from its Upcoming Elections page, and a guessed ballot-questions address returned not found. The absence of statewide questions is shown instead by official county ballots, on which any statewide question would appear: Berks County's official ballot for Kutztown Borough 2, Lebanon County's set of official ballots, and Philadelphia's official mail-in ballot for a 3rd District division. None has a proposed constitutional amendment or other statewide question; Philadelphia's two questions are city Home Rule Charter changes.
- None of these ballots says it is certified or final, so the list is not marked certified.
- We did not check the General Assembly's 2025-2026 joint resolutions directly, and we did not research questions on the May 19, 2026 primary ballot.
