§2Where this list comes from
The list above comes from these official sources. Researched October 27, 2026.
- State of Nevada, Statewide Ballot Questions 2026 (Nevada Secretary of State booklet, as posted by the Washoe County Registrar of Voters)1Nevada Secretary of State (posted by Washoe County Registrar of Voters)
- Washoe County Sample Ballot Booklet, November 3, 2026 General Election2Washoe County Registrar of Voters
- Washoe County Registrar of Voters: Election Information (2026 General Election contests and statewide ballot questions)3Washoe County Registrar of Voters
- Clark County Notice of General Election, November 3, 2026, with State Questions No. 6 and No. 74Clark County Election Department
None of them calls the list certified or final, so we don’t either.
§3Notes on the research
What the research couldn’t find or confirm, in its own plain words. Nothing is left out silently.
- The Nevada Secretary of State’s website (nvsos.gov) answered scripted requests with a bot check, so the Secretary of State’s own ballot-question page and any certified list could not be read there; the list here comes from the Secretary of State’s Statewide Ballot Questions 2026 booklet as posted by the Washoe County Registrar of Voters, the Washoe County sample ballot, and Clark County’s notice of election.
- None of the official documents read uses the word certified or final for the list of statewide questions, so the list is not marked certified.
- The booklet says there are no State Questions 1 through 5 on the 2026 general election ballot because no initiative circulated for 2026 gathered enough valid signatures; the two questions on the 2026 ballot are numbered 6 and 7.
- The 2024 results for Questions 6 and 7 were not read from the Secretary of State’s results site (blocked); that both passed in 2024 is taken from the Secretary of State’s 2026 booklet.
