Research draft. We gathered this from official sources on October 27, 2026: election offices, state laws and court records, each linked to its source. Separate reviewers checked a random sample of 48 facts from the ballot-measure research against the cited sources and found no errors. The rest hasn't been reviewed fact by fact yet, so check the linked source before relying on anything here.

§2Where this list comes from
The list above comes from these official sources. Researched October 27, 2026.
- Sample Ballots (2026 General Election, by county)1Kentucky Secretary of State
- Warren County Sample Ballot, General Election, November 3, 20262Kentucky Secretary of State
- Christian County Sample Ballot, General Election, November 3, 20263Kentucky Secretary of State
- Pulaski County Sample Ballot, General Election, November 3, 20264Kentucky Secretary of State

None of them calls the list certified or final, so we don’t either.
§3Notes on the research
What the research couldn’t find or confirm, in its own plain words. Nothing is left out silently.
- Not marked certified: the Secretary of State's county sample ballots say the listed races and questions will appear on the voting machines and paper ballots, and the act directs the Secretary of State to certify the question to county clerks, but no list we read calls itself certified or final.
- The count of one rests on the Secretary of State's sample ballots for Warren, Christian, Pulaski, Campbell and Fayette counties, each of which lists only Constitutional Amendment 1 among statewide questions. The Fayette County file's text layer contains character-recognition errors, so we relied on the Warren County ballot for the wording.
- Title is omitted because the ballot and the act give only the designation and the full question, not a short title.
