§3Notes on the official list
- Lana Leguía, a petition candidate listed in District 7 under the label "Libertarian Party" on the July 27 certification, was removed by an amended certification dated September 4, 2026, which cites an Appellate Division order finding her ineligible and says her name will not appear on the ballot; she is not listed here.
- The official list shows no Republican nominee in District 8.
- The two candidates the official list labels INDEPENDENT appear on the ballot with a slogan that varies by county: Ramon Mora Jr. (District 2) uses "INVEST IN PEOPLE" in Atlantic, Cape May and Gloucester counties and "PUT PEOPLE FIRST" in Cumberland, Ocean and Salem counties; Aristotle Eliopoulos (District 8) uses "RESULTS NOT RHETORIC" in Essex, "PEOPLE BEFORE POLITICS" in Hudson and "WORKING FAMILIES MATTER" in Union. Their party label here is the list's Party column.
- Party labels for candidates nominated by petition are the official list's Party column as printed; for most of them it matches the list's Slogan column.
- The official lists print names in capital letters; mixed-case spellings such as LaMonica R. McIver and Da'Shone Hughey follow the Division of Elections' own candidate email list.
- The District 11 seat was filled at a special election on April 16, 2026, so Analilia Mejia is marked as the incumbent; no special election is on the November 3 ballot.
