§2Notes on the official list
- The certification lists no U.S. Senate or governor race; State Auditor is the only statewide office on it.
- The certification lists U.S. House districts 1 through 8 but does not say which congressional map they follow. The Secretary of State's 2026 ballot measures page shows a referendum on the 2025 congressional map (Proposition A, House Bill No. 1 of the 2025 Second Extraordinary Session) on the same November 3, 2026 ballot; a "no" vote would leave the 2022 boundaries in place. We could not confirm from an official source which district lines govern the November 3 House races.
- The certification lists candidates under party headings (Republican, Democratic, Libertarian); no independent candidates are certified for U.S. House.
